摘要
目前下套管作业主要采用吊卡卡持套管和液压大钳或B型大钳上螺纹的作业方式,工人劳动强度大,工作效率低,容易造成单吊环起钻,从而引发重大工程和人身安全事故。鉴于此,研制了气动套管卡瓦。该卡瓦使用无背钳套管液压大钳,下部套管不发生跟转问题,防扭效果明显。现场试验表明,该卡瓦安装拆卸简便,自动化程度高,悬挂能力大,具有防扭功能,卡瓦体工作高度低。新型气动套管卡瓦的投入使用,能减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率,避免单吊环安全事故的发生,具有较强的实用性和广阔的应用前景。
A pneumatic casing slip is developed to solve the problems in casing running. Hydraulic casing tong without back-up tong is used in the slip,thus the lower casings may not rotate along with the tong during the operation. Field test indicates that the slip is easily installed and dismantled with high automation and high hanging capacity,and it has the function of torsion resistance with low slip operation height.
