水下采油树帽的天然气水合物解堵 被引量:5

摘要 天然气和水在一定的低温和高压条件下,容易形成天然气水合物,这种固体物质堵塞了水下采油树帽锁紧螺钉的活动腔室,不能用常规的采油树帽送入工具来释放回收采油树帽。在采油树周围利用SGN反应自生成N2的方法,将其反应释放出的热量来加热并分解水下采油树帽内的固体水合物,从而得以释放采油树帽,解决了水下采油树帽的堵塞问题。同时指出SGN反应的反应物和生成物不会对环境造成污染。
