摘要
为减少焦绿石相,采用二次合成法制备0.67PMN-0.33PT陶瓷,研究过量PbO、MgO对0.67PMN-0.33PT陶瓷结构和介电性能的影响.结果表明,过量PbO和MgO都能减少介电损耗,但是过量PbO同时降低了介电常数.过量PbO和过量MgO对样品的相变温度Tm没有影响.
To reduce the pyrochlore phase, 0.67PMN- 0.33PT was prepared by the columbite method and excess PbO and MgO were added. The samples were studied about the microstmcture, the microwave dielectric constant. It was found that both excess PbO and MgO could reduce dielectric loss. But the samples with excess PbO had low dielectric constant simultaneity, whether excess PbO or MgO doesn' t influence the transition temperature Tm .
