摘要 采用6200AutoboxDL型全自动体积描记仪对37例健康成人和28例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者用浅快呼吸法和平静呼吸法测定气道阻力(Raw)。结果:健康成人及COPD患者二种方法测出的气道阻力值,浅快呼吸法大于平静呼吸法,二者差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05~0.001)。气道传导率、比气道阻力、比气道传导率、胸气量差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。由于浅快呼吸法对病人的配合要求较高,年老体弱及严重气道阻塞的患者不易完成。平静呼吸法的测定,不需要对患者进行特别的训练,属生理状态的测试。故我们认为当患者不能完成浅快呼吸法的气道阻力测定时,可用平静呼吸法代替。 The levels of airway resistance (Raw) of 37 healthy adults and 28 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were measured in both shallow fast respiratory model (SFRM) and quiet respiratory model (QRM) with an automated plethysmography of Model 6200 DL Autobox. It was found that the levels of Raw measured in SFRM were significantly higher than those measured in QRM ( P <0.05~0.001) and no significant difference was found among specific airway resistance (sRaw), specific conductance (sGaw) and thoracic gas volume (Vtg). Since a good cooperation of patients was essential in SFRM, SFRM is difficult to be conducted in weak and old persons and the patients with severe COPD. On the contrary, QRM is easy to be conducted for it does not need special training of patients. Thus it is suggested that SFRM be replaced with QRM when SFRM can not be conducted.
