摘要
为提高煤粉锅炉省煤器的安全性,降低事故率,建立了省煤器的磨损监测模型。通过监测省煤器入口温度、给煤量和烟气含氧量,并结合模型的计算,可获得当前省煤器管中的最大磨损量。另外,还提供了根据实际情况变化的校正策略。根据监测结果可判断省煤器管的磨损状况是否超出安全极限,并能进行省煤器磨损状况预测,可为锅炉省煤器的预知性维修提供决策依据。
A model to be used for monitoring the wear of economizers has been built for raising the operational safety of boiler economizers and reduce their failure rate. The maximal present wear of economizer tubes can be ascertained with model calculation by using the measured inlet temperature of the economizer, the coal feeding rate and oxygen content in the flue gas. In addition, a strategy of correction, according to changes of actual conditions, is provided. According to monitoring results it can be determined whether the wear of the economizer tubes has surpassed safety limits. Further wear can also be predicited and thus serve as a reference for making scheduled maintenance decisions based on predictions. Figs 3, table 1 and refs 9.
