关于平底球形密度瓶质量可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Flat-bottomed Spherical Density Bottle Quality

应用产品质量可靠性分析方法对目前实验室常用的平底球形密度瓶存在故障及影响因素进行了分析。分析结果表明:平底球形密度瓶在使用过程中存在重复使用性差,质量可靠性低等现象。在此基础上,提出了改进建议。

The fault and influence factors existing on the flat-bottomed spherical density bottles used in the lab have been analyzed by using the analysis method of product quality reliability. The result demonstrates that there are poor property of the reuses and also lower qualitative reliability during the use of such bottles. On the basis of this, the improving suggestion is put forward.
