摘要
采用偏差E和偏差变化率Ec的变化规律为依据的模糊PID控制算法,对车牌生产线中难以整定的张力进行在线修改,建立模糊控制规则的监控系统表,并用MATLAB的仿真工具进行仿真实验.结果表明,与传统PID控制算法比较,模糊PID控制算法具有灵活性好,控制适应性强,动态、静态性能好等优点.
This paper uses fuzzy PID control algorithm, which based on the changes rules of deviation E and deviation change rate Ec to achieve on line coordination of the tensility parameters in vehicle license production line , and establishes a fuzzy control monitoring system table. Then it uses simulation tool of MATLAB to have a simulating experiment. The results indicate that compared with traditional PID control algorithm, the fuzzy PID control algorithm has the advantages of good adaptability, convenient control, and good dynamic and static performance etc.
