摘要
在对丝杠螺母机构进行弹性动力学分析的基础上,将机构中的有关几何物理参数视为随机变量,对其进行了动态传动精度分析,并建立了动态传动精度可靠性分析模型。最后通过算例研究了不同荷载下丝杠螺母机构动力响应特点,考查了各随机变量对其动态精度可靠性的影响,获得了有意义的结论。
First, the Kineto--Elastiodynamics analysis of leadscrew--nut mechanism is made. Then the dynamic transmission accuracy is studied and the reliability model of dynamic transmission accuracy for the mechanism is built by taking the interception and physical parameters as stochastic variables. Finally, through examples, the characters of dynamic response of the different load and the influences of the stochastic variables on the reliability of dynamic transmission accuracy are discussed, with some useful conclusion obtained.
