摘要
农村普遍出现人口流动的现象。笔者阐述了人口流动概念、特征及未来的流动趋势等几方面,分析了人口流动对合作医疗制度筹资、管理、基金运行安全性的影响,并且剖析了影响的原因,并提出几点建议和对策。
The population floating phenomenon generally appears in the rural areas. The paper explained the concept of population floating, characteristic and prospective floating tendency, analyzed the population floating influence on new cooperative medical system raising funds, management, funds running safe , and explained the reason of effect. Finally, the author proposed some suggestions and strategies.
