心理干预联合乌灵胶囊对复发性生殖器疱疹患者抑郁与焦虑状态的影响

The Influence of Psychological Intervention and Coalesce Wuling Mycelium Capsule the Relapsing Genital Herpes Patients with Depression and Anxiety State

目的观察心理干预联合乌灵胶囊对复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者抑郁与焦虑状态的影响。方法将62例RGH患者随机分为2组。对照组采用常规治疗(丽珠风胶囊口服、斯奇康注射液肌注和夫坦霜外搽);治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用乌灵胶囊口服与心理干预。观察两组患者临床疗效并在治疗前、后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)与Zungs焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者的抑郁与焦虑状态进行评定。结果两组患者总有效率无差异且经治疗后SDS、SAS评分均有不同程度的改善,但心理干预联合乌灵胶囊治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预与乌灵胶囊联合治疗能有效改善RGH患者的抑郁、焦虑状态。

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention Coalesce Wuling mycelium capsule the RGH （Relapsing Genital Herpes） patients with depression and anxiety state. Methods Take 62 case of RGH patients that are randomly separate into two groups. The control group use general medical treatments that are Lizhufeng capsule, Polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin for Injection （BCG-PSN） muscle injection and Furan unguent vulneraries. The therapy group in the base of control group＇s medical treatment adds Coalesce Wuling mycelium and psychological intervention. Observes the clinical curative effect of two patient groups, as to use SDS （Self rating Depress Scale） and Zungs SAS （Self rating Anxiety Scale） to evaluate patients＂ depress and anxiety state and the clinical curative effect assessment before and after the treatment. Result Through the treatment, the total effective rate of SDS, SAS grades of two groups of patients equally gained different extent improvement, while the group that used psychological intervention and Coalesce Wuling mycelium capsule is notably excelled to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological intervention and Coalesce Wuling mycelium capsule could efficiently ameliorate the RGH （Relapsing Genital Herpes） patients with depression and anxiety state.
