分配关系是生产关系的反面,对生产关系和生产力有巨大的反作用。因此,深化经济体制改革,必须深入研究市场经济中的分配关系及其机制、体制和法制。在社会主义的初级阶段,分配关系的核心是效率与公平的统一;分配机制的实质是激励和平衡的融合;分配体制的特征是按劳与按资的结合;分配法制的重点是消除权钱交易。通过理顺分配关系,来完善分配的机制、体制和法制。

Distribution relation,oposite to production relation, can exert huge counter - reaction effect to produeuon relation and production power. Hence, to deepen the reform of economy system, astudy in depomeeds to be carried out on distrbufion relation in the market economy and its mechanism, system and rule. In the primary stage of Socialism ,the core of distrbution relation is integrity of efficiency and fairness;the essence of distribution mechanism is unity of motivation and balance;the characteristics of distribution system is combination of distribution according to work and to capital ; the dey part of distribution rule is to elimnate the exchange between power and money . Toperfect the mechanism, system and rule of distribution relies on how the distribution relation is well managed.
