护士对抗生素的认识及自我使用情况调查

Investigation on nurse’s cognition and self-usage of antibiotics

目的了解护士对抗生素的认识及自我使用情况。方法选择各科室护士86人进行问卷调查。结果在调查对象中,79人(91.9%)认为使用广谱抗生素治疗常见感染是有效的,64人(74.4%)认为使用广谱抗生素是基本安全的,53人(61.6%)表示抗生素是家中常备药物,81人(94.2%)曾发生过自行用药行为,21人(24.4%)经常要求医生开具抗生素处方,57人(66.3%)表示偶尔有过。其中,“要求处方”一项在不同年龄、不同职称组间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论护士对合理使用抗生素的认识不足,建议从专业教育入手,培养广大护理人员合理使用抗生素的正确观念。

Objective To understand the nurse＇ s cognition and self- usage of antibiotics. Methods 86 nurses in different department were investigated by questionnaires. Results Among 86 nurses, 79 nurses（91. 9%）believed antibiotics be effective in treating common infections; 64 nurses （74.4%）believed antibiotics be safe. 53 nurses（61.6%）often prepared antibiotics at home; 81 nurses （94.2 %） had even taken antibiotics without prescription; 21 nurses （ 24.4 % ） often asked the doctors to take prescription of antibiotics; 57 nurses（66.3 % ）sometimes did it. There were significant differences in ＂asking the doctors to take prescription of antibiotics＂ among the nurses with different age and different posts （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Nurses don＇t use antibiotics properly. It is suggested that should cultivate nurses＇ correct attitude to antibiotics usage by professional education.
