摘要
日本大学评价制度在上世纪90年代发展迅速,由自我评价转向外部评价,接着实施认证评价。本文通过介绍90年代以来日本大学评价制度的发展历程,分析私立大学外部评价的现状和特点,供我国发展高等教育评估事业参考。
The university evaluation in Japan has rapidly been undergoing a shift from self-evaluation to external evaluation and then accreditation in 1990s. The article tries to illustrate the development of university evaluation system and analyze the status of external evaluation of private universities, so as to offer reference for our university evaluation.
