后牙纵裂固定保存治疗的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Restoring 72 Molars with Vertical Split by Fixed Bridge

目的探讨后牙根纵裂的修复方法及疗效。方法采用牙体半切术切除64例（72颗牙）纵裂牙根，余留牙体分别以单端固定桥修复（24例）和双端固定桥修复（40例）。结果修复治疗后6～12个月复查，治疗成功70颗，失败2颗，两种修复方法的治疗成功率差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论使用牙体半切术结合固定修复方法，可有效地保留老年人牙根纵裂的患牙。

Objective To observe the curative effect of fixed bridge on the molars with vertical split, Methods 72 molars with vertical split were treated by teeth he misection first,then rigid fixed bridge（40 cases ）or c ntilever fixed bridge（24 cases）were used to restore the re maining teeth structures. Results After 6 -- 12 months follow-up, treatment of 70 molars was successful, 2 failed. There was significant differ-ence between the two different types of fixed bridge（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion He misection combined with fixed restorations can be used to restore molars with vertical split effectively.
