通过企业有效成长阶梯模型,分析了家族企业的成长过程,论证了家族企业发展的桎梏就是信任问题,进而重点论述了信任对家族企业持续成长的影响,并在此基础之上提出了改善社会信任的现实路径。

Through the effective developing stage model of enterprises, this paper analyzes the developing process of family enterprises, and proposes that the obstacle of the development of family enterprises is credibility. This paper focuses on the influence of credibility on the sustainable growth of family enterprises. Finally,it puts forward practical ways to improve social credibility.
