摘要
主要从科学人才观的理论层面入手,阐述了科学人才观对于我国公路行业的重要意义,介绍了目前公路行业人才的现状,指出其存在的问题,提出未来我国公路行业人才管理的具体建议。
In this article the author mainly drew up the theory stratification from the scientific conception of talented person,and elaborated the vital significance of the talented person regarding our country road profession. Having briefed the present road profession talented person＇s present situation,and having pointed out existing problems,the author finally put forward concrete proposal of our country road profession talented person management in the future.
