With the economics and trade cooperation between China and Korea to set up the East Asian Free Trade Area is a positive exploration of the East Asian countries and regions to cope with the future to challenge. By the explanation of the development of the economics and trade cooperation between China and Korea, the thesis explores the vital significance of the economics and trade cooperation to the establishment of the East Asian Free Trade Area. Then it proposes the collection and distribution function, disposition function, service function, management function, innovation function and the strategic mentality, which are benefited to the construction of the East Asian Free Trade Area.
