China- Russia diplomatic relationship has been established for 15 years, during which it has set up a solid politic and law foundation of their relationship. The China - Russia relationship of politics, economy and military progresses steadily and they continuously strengthen their cooperation in settling international affairs. As the growth of China - Russia cooperation in trade, energy, investment and cultural communication, China - Russia relationship enters into a new period of integrated development, showing a very broad developing prospective.
