摘要
本文对22例34个周期不孕妇女,在卵巢有控制性过度刺激方案(COH)和行人工受精治疗前,测定月经周期第3天激素水平,判断卵巢储备能力及预测妊娠结局。结果:第3天卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E_2)水平与优势卵泡数及妊娠率呈负相关;第3天FSH≤15mIU/ml,E_2≤45pg/ml组卵巢刺激反应及妊娠率最高;第3天FSH>15mIU/ml,E_2>45pg/ml组无妊娠发生。FSH≤15mIU/ml,E_2>45pg/ml组有7.6%的妊娠率。上述结果提示:第3天E_2水平测定可以增加第3天FSH的预测能力。
ay 3 follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2)serum concentrations weremeasured by radioimmunoassay to predict the ovarian reserve and pregnancy outcome in 34cycles of 22 infertile patients undergoing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and intrauterineinsemination. The results show that with the increasing of day 3 FSH and E2 serum concen-trations,the number of mature follicles and pregnancy rates were decreasing,The ovarianresponse and pregnancy rates were highest when day 3 FSH was<15 IU/ml and E2 was<45pglml,while there was no pregnancy if the day 3 FSH was >15 IU/ml and E2 was>45 pg/ml.The pregnancy occurred in one patient in a group of l3 patients(7.6%),whose day 3FSH was<15 IU/ml,but E2 was>45 pg/ml.The results suggest that the combination ofday 3 FSH and E2 measurements can predict ovarian response and pregnancy outcome betterthan day 3 FSH alone.
