摘要
本文报道了对１０６例肺癌患者施行２１９例次支气管造影和灌注多种抗癌药物治疗的常见并发症及其处理（顺铂，阿霉素，丝裂霉素和Ｖ＿ｐ１６～２１３）。７例发生并发症，占３．１９％。并发症为：造影剂过敏性休克死亡１例，背部皮肤及皮下组织局限性坏死１例，皮下巨大血肿ｌ例，穿刺点出血不止１例，导丝打结１例和导丝无法从髂总动脉进入腹主动脉造成造影失败２例。死亡率０．４６％（１／２１９）。
n 219 times of seletive bronchial arteriography and bronchial artery infusion DDP,adraimycin,mitomycin and VP16～213 were used in l06 cases with bronchogenic carcinoma。There were complications in 7 cases(3.19%),among them,1 died of allergy of contrastmedium,1 localized necrosis of the back soft tissue,l big hematoma,l massive hemor-rhage,l knotting of guiding wires. There were 2 cases to fail to enter the abdominal aorta.The causes,managements and prevention of complications were discussed.
