超分割放疗治疗颈部巨大肿块近期疗效观察

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE OF HYPERFRACTIONATION RADIOTHERAPY FOR LARGE MASS OF CNCER ON THE NECK

回顾性分析１９９３年１２月至１９９５年１２月治疗的１９例颈部巨大肿块病人，分成超分割组和常规分割组治疗，总剂量、总疗程基本相同，如７０～８０Ｇｙ／６～８周。相比之下，超分割组局部控制率较好（有统计学意义），而二组的生存率相仿。本文讨论了超分割放疗用于颈部巨大肿块局部控制的优越性，提出剂量分布的重要性，但要提高生存率还应着重于综合治疗。

rom December l993 to December l995,19 patients with necy’s large mass of cancerwere divided into two groups:8 patients were treatde with conventional fractionation(CF),ll patients were treated with hyperfractionation(HF)(include latecoursehyperfractionation).The total dose of two grorps ranged from 70-80 Gy/6～8wk.The re-sults showed that the local control in HF group were significantly higher than in CF group(P<0.05)
