Progress on training of comprehensive ability of clinical nursing students in China

带教老师在给护生传授职业知识和技能的同时,必须重视护生职业道德教育、情商、临床护理能力、专业发展能力、沟通与合作能力及防范护患纠纷能力的培养,以适应新世纪护理学科发展的新要求。

Teachers must pay attention to professional moral education, affection quotient, clinical nursing ability, professional development ability, communication and cooperation ability and ability of nursepatients dispute precaution when they impart professional knowledge and skills, so as to meet to the new needs of nursing science devclopment in the new century.
