以领导生命周期理论的基本内涵为基础,重点从分层管理、动态管理、增进沟通、有效授权方面阐释了其对护理管理的借鉴价值。
Based on the basic connotation of life period theory of leadership, it expatiated the mirror value of life period theory of leadership on nursing management mainly from stratification administration, dynamic management, communication enhancement and effective entitlement.
