摘要
为探索乌骨绵羊乌质性状的形成机制,本文比较了乌骨绵羊、兰坪本地非乌骨绵羊和罗姆尼羊血液酪氨酸酶含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、总抗氧化能力、抗超氧阴离子活力、肝功能、肾功能和免疫等指标。初步发现乌骨绵羊具有高的酪氨酸酶含量、抗氧化能力和免疫机能。指出乌骨绵羊乌质性状的形成可能是由于高含量的酪氨酸酶催化合成了高含量的真黑色素沉积在肌肉和其他组织与器官。
To investigate the mechanism of black-boned characteristics of black-boned sheep, the activities of tyroinase, GSH-Px, SOD, total anti-oxidative ability, and other blood metabolites were determined. The results showed that there were higher activities of tyroinase, total anti-oxidative ability and immunity ability in black boned sheep compare with non-black boned sheep. As a result, the origin of black bone characteristics in black-boned sheep could be explained that higher activities of tyroinase catalyzed and synthesis more melanin which deposited in muscle and other tissues.
