摘要
SA335—P91主要用于大型电站锅炉主蒸汽管道和再热蒸汽热段管道,若焊接控制不严会引起焊接冷裂纹、焊缝韧性低和根部焊缝金属氧化等问题。它的焊接和检测直接影响到锅炉的安全运行。本文着重以P91钢焊接过程和检测质量控制的角度探讨预防缺陷产生的措施。
The SA335-P91 is mainly used for the main steam tubes and the neheat steam tubes of boilers in the large-scale power stations.If the welding control is not strict,it will cause the cold crack,the low tenacity of welding seam and the oxidization of welding seam metal of the root.This text discusses the prevention measures for the defect creation from the angle of P91 welding process and quality control inspection.
