摘要
社会主义新农村的提出是中国农村近年来政策、实践的延续和必然。文章在三大需求拉动中国经济增长的框架下,分析近年农村经济增长和新农村建设的关系,以研究新农村建设的公共财政引导和政策取向。
The layout on new socialist countryside is a certain continuity and necessity of the recent policies and fulfilment. With economic growth of Clfina fuelled by thrce principal demand, the relationship between econnomic growth of countryside and construction of new countryside might be analysed these years,so as to make a research on the influence and orientantion of public finance for new countryside construction.
