The paper discribes the method for examination into effectsof the construction projet on the environment during the operation.The environmental pollution situation and the difference between thepractical monitoring value and the predication value in the report onenvironmental impact assessment is indicated by the practical monitoring of the pollutant concantraction and quantity discharged fromthe pollution resources and the environmental pollution situation dur ing the opearation of construction project and therefore we come theconclusion whether the prediction targes shall be set for eliminationand control of the pollution.
