地矿系统矽肺与可疑矽肺的肺功能评价

APPRAISEMENT OF LUNG FUNCTION OF SILICOSIS AND SUSPICIOUS SILICOSIS OF GEOLOGICAL AND MINERAL SECTORS

本文通过对地质矿产系统１１５ 例矽肺与可疑矽肺的肺功能检查与分析，对矽肺呼吸功能障碍的性质与程度进行了评价；提出了肺功能检查能为矽肺患者代偿机能及劳动力鉴定提供辅助依据的见解；

On the basis of examining and analysing 115 cases of silicosis and suspicious silicosis in our geological and mining departments, the author discusses the character and degree of respiratory function obstacle, and puts forward that examining lungs function can provide subservient basis for appraising compensational function and ability to work of silicosis patient; at the same time the author expounds effect of smoking to lungs function, and significance of examining small air passage for early discovering subclinnic patient.\;
