摘要
FDI plays an important role in the development of economy. It quickens the adjustment of structure and realizes industrialization in Thailand. Japan is one of the important countries that invest in Thailand. Nowadays,Thailand has become the main base for Japan to produce the electrical and electronic equipment,auto accessory,metal process and mechanical manufacture. This paper discusses the characteristic and its prospect for Japan’s investment in Thailand.
