摘要
The paper analyzed the differences of the highway developing pattern between China and Laos. The differences lie in the constructing capital source,the developing strategy,the developing planning and the operating mechanism. According to the experiences of the Chinese highway development,the suggestions to Laos’s highway development are put forward.
