企业核心能力的形成和维护离不开核心人才,建立以核心人才为中心的人力资源管理模式是必然发展趋势·建立这一管理模式从以下几个方面入手:1·从企业的发展战略和主营业务出发,识别企业的核心能力;2·确定企业的核心人才,对企业的员工进行合理分层;3·实行以点带面、以核心人才为中心的差异化管理·
The form and maintenance of enterprise core force must take key figures into account. It is an inevitable trend that enterprise must build a key figure-centered human resources administrative pattern. To set up this pattern, we should pay attention to the following three points: a. to start from enterprise's developmental strategy and the primary service, recognizing enterprise's core competitive ability; b. to determine enterprise's key figures first, then divide enterprise staffs into different levels reasonably; c. to carry out a key figure-centered divergence administrative pattern which fans out from point to area.
