摘要
高校秘书人员的特殊角色和地位很容易导致他们产生心理失衡问题,而心理失衡问题的出现又会影响秘书人员的工作效率和自身能力的发挥,因而,对心理失衡的产生及其成因的分析,以及由此产生的失衡调节问题就成为了高校所应该解决的一个重要问题·
The especial role and status of college secretary is the most familiar complication which lead to the unbalance of mentality, and the unbalance of mentality will affect their work efficiency and the exertion of their capacity. So we must analysis the produce and the cause of formation of the unbalance mentality, and the adjusting of the unbalance is the most imperative matter that we should settle.
