The operation of scientific and technological journals in China is not optimistic as it should be due to a host of problems. This paper exposes the negative factors affecting the development of scientific and technological journals in China and searches for the resolution. It＇s held that to promote the marketizationof the journals can contribute to the further growth of scientific and technological journals in China, earning them respect in the academic circle of the world.
