中国正朝着法治社会的方向艰难地行进着。亚里士多德说：法治是良法得到遵守。良法需要人来制定,良法的遵守也离不开人的因素,这些人主要是法律人,“徒法不足以自行”的古训,在今天仍然是真理。法律人不是天生的,需要法律教育来培养。现代的法律教育是培养法律人的高等教育,这是世界上绝大多数国家的法律教育制度,中国作为世界的一员也应当概莫能外。

China is marching forward to the world of the rule of law difficultly. Aristotle said ： the rule of law was that a good - honest law was observed. Agood - honest law needs to be made by people and observing law is impossibleseparated from people too. These people are mainly lawyers. The old maxim of ＂A law cannot walk by itself＂ is still truth today. A lawyer needs to be trained and brought up by legal education instead of being born the lawyer. Modern law - education is higher - education training and bringing up lawyers, which are the legal education system of most of countries all over the world. There is no exception to China, which is as a member of the world.
