摘要
本文运用生产力经济学中总产出与投入要素理论,提出贫困地区农业劳动力产出弹性的基本假说,即贫困农户农业劳动力产出弹性可能为零或负值,非贫困户农业劳动力产出弹性大于贫困户,高收入户农业劳动力产出弹性大于低收入户。本文用固定效应模型估计出四川省沐川县的贫困户、非贫困户、低收入户、高收入户农业劳动力产出弹性分别为-2.39、0.41、0.27和0.57,验证了基本假说,最后提出改善农户贫困的政策建议。
Applying the theory of input factors and total output in Economics of Production,This Paper made a assumption on the elasticity of output with respect to agricultural labor in poor area,that is the elasticity of output with respect to labor of agriculture of poor farmers may be zero or negative,nonpoor is bigger than that of poor,that of higher-income farmers is bigger than that of lower-income farmers.
