电收尘器投用初期收尘效果较好,使用一段时间后常因管理原因致出口粉尘排放总量增加。生产实践中将电收尘器相对回转窑的运转率作为电收尘器目标管理的考核指标,落实配套措施,调动岗位人员的工作积极性,最大限度地减少出口粉尘的排放。

In the early days of using,electric dust collector worked better. Because of the management , the total amount of emissive dust increased after a time of using. By taking the performance rate that electric dust collector compared reverse-cellar as the assessing index of objective management, carrying out the necessary measure and arousing the enthusiasm of responsible person, could decreased the dust emission into full play.
