摘要
本研究测试了某城市60例暴露于不同浓度空气铅的血铅水平、δ-ALAD活性和FEP值。结果表明其血铅水平随暴露程度的增大而升高,δ-ALAD活性则随暴露程度的增大而降低,经统计学分析,各组之间存在显著性差异。铅作业工人组的FEP均值与清洁工组成对照组相比较有统计学上的显著性差异,但后两组的FEP均值之间没有发现差异具有显著性。血铅与δ-ALAD活性及FEP之间存在相关关系。
The blood lead,-ALAD activity and FEP value of sixty persons with different air lead exposure has been measured in the study which showed that the blood lead level increased while the δ-ALAD activity decreased as the degree of exposure increased, demonstrating statistically significant difference between different groups. It was also found the statistically significant difference through the comparison of mean FEP value of workers at a battery factory with that of cleaners or college students, but the comparison between latter two groups showed no statistical difference. There was correlation between blood lead,ALAD activity and FEP level by statistical analysis.
