木材加工用乳化蜡的研制试验

Development and Experiment of Emulsified Wax for Wood Processing

以56#半精炼石蜡为主要原料,通过加入复合型乳化剂,研制出具有良好抗水性能的木材加工用乳化蜡。对木材加工用乳化蜡的原料、乳化剂选择以及各个工艺参数优化进行了探讨,确定了最佳配方及工艺条件。经过工业放大试验,证明所研制的乳化蜡具有良好的使用性能。

By using 56# semi-purified paraffin as the primary starting material,adding the composite emulsifying agent,an emulsified wax for wood processing is developed,which has good water-resistant property.The factors that affect the paraffin emulsification,such as the kind of emulsifying agent,temperature,etc are discussed.The best formulation and process parameters of the emulsified wax are determined,and the industrial experimentation shows the emulsified wax has desirable property.
