摘要
探讨了富钛 BaO-TiO2(Ti/Ba=4~ 4.5)系微波介质陶瓷成分以及预烧温度对物相组成的影响.分析表明,当预烧温度为 900 ℃时,已经有一定量的 BaTi4O9相生成,但是主相仍为 BaTiO3 ;随着预烧温度的升高,主相转变成 BaTi4O9 ,而 BaTiO3和 TiO2逐渐减少直至消失;到 1 200 ℃时,都形成了 BaTi4 O9单相.同时发现 TiO2能促进 BaTi4O9相的形成.此外,在研究的成分中都没有形成 Ba2Ti9O20相.
The influence of composition and calcining temperatures on phase constitution was investigated in the TiO2-rich BaO-TiO2 system (Ti/Ba=4-4.5). Some BaTi409 was formed when calcining temperature was 900℃, however, BaTiO3 was the major phase. With the calcining temperature increasing, major phase already was BaTi4O9, whereas BaTiO3 and TiO2 were decreased gradually and disappeared at last. When calcining temperature was 1200℃, single phase BaTi4O9 was observed. Meantime, it was found that TiO2 promoted the formation of BaTi4O9. Moreover, no Ba2Ti9O20 phase was detected in the investigation composition.
