摘要
提出了一种从钛铁渣中提取大量铝的方法.研究了将钛铁渣酸解液中大量铝合成洗涤助剂用4A沸石的工艺条件,得到了合格的4A沸石产品,铝的回收率约为89%.探讨了导向剂在合成沸石中的应用,并对4A沸石产品的物性进行了表征.
An optimum method for recovering the titanium and aluminium from titaniumi-ron slag has been described in the paper. The technological process for synthesizing zeolite 4A with the aluminium from the leach solution has been studied. Then the qualified zeolite 4A products used in detergent as a kind of builders are obtained. The recovery rate of aluminium is about 89%. In addition, the application of directive agent in synthesizing zeolite 4A is explored, the physi-chemical properties of the products are characterized too.
