Application of iFIX in a SCADA System of Chemical Manufacture

以某化工生产为背景,研究并开发了一套基于分布式控制,iFIX组态软件和OPC技术的生产过程控制系统。针对该监控系统要求多功能,高可靠性的特点,采用了基于iFIX中VBA的面向对象编程技术构建了上位机SCADA系统(即数据监控和采集系统),实现了对化合物生产过程数据实时显示、采集、处理、超限报警、报表打印、安全管理以及对现场设备的控制等功能。

Based on a chemical manufacture,a suit of system of process control that based on distributed control,configuration software and OPC is studied and explored,which meet the challenge of high reliability and multifunction in the system.SCADA system is built.the system function includes data process,data display,alarm,report forms and equipment control.
