摘要
以华电漳平电厂#4机组热工调节系统改造项目为背景,系统采用北京华能新锐科技有限公司的PineContol分布式控制系统,并利用PineControl系统的控制组态软件工具——PineCAD进行控制逻辑组态。被控制量为锅炉主蒸汽温度,控制策略采用串级PID控制,取得了良好的控制效果。该系统现已经投入实际生产。
The background of this paper is the rebuilding of the No,4 unit in Zhang-ping power plant of Hua-dian.The control system consists of the PineControl distributed system developed by Beijing Hua-neng Xin-rui Corporation Ltd.,and its control logic is compiled using the PineCAD configuration software.The main stream temperature is controlled by the cascade PID control algorithm. The application results are satisfactory.This control system has been used in the power plant.
