摘要
加入了WTO以来,社会竞争日益激烈,企业之间的竞争实质上是科学技术和人才的竞争。在当代知识经济时代背景下,稀缺人力资源是企业的第一资源,企业之间的竞争归根结底是人力资源的竞争,谁能拥有并利用好具有高度竞争能力的国际优秀人才,谁就能掌握未来国际竞争的主动权,谁就能在21世纪的竞争中处于不败之地。
Since we joined the WTO, the social competition have become more and more fierce, the competition of the enterprises is essentially the competiton of the science technology and the talented people. Under the knowledge-based economy ages,the scarce human resource is the first resource of a business enterprise. In the final analysis the business competition is the competition of the human resource,who can own and make full use of the international elitist of high competition ability ,who will control the active power of the international competition in the future ,and will be placed in an invincible position in the competition of 21 centuries.
