摘要
通过北京市169家国有大中型企业的固体废物申报登记试点,提出了固体废物申报登记的质量保证体系,规定了填报方法、技术标准、计量方法、三级审核验收制度和实验室的质量保证措施。
From the pilot investigation in Beijing,QA/QC of reporting and registering solid waste was proposed. Many factors, such as reporting methods, technological standards, metering methods, checking and controlling reception system and laboratory quality assurance are discussed.
