摘要 利用微元法建立了球头铣刀铣削椭圆抛物面的主切削力数学模型,运用MATLAB语言对其进行了仿真实现,为优化球头铣刀的切削路径提供了一种简单可行的方法. This paper has created a force measuring model for ball-end mill which aimes at machining ellipsing and paraboloiding surface using mini-unit method. At the same time, we have carried out the model with applying for the programming language of MATLAB. Then, a useful and credible method for optimized cutting-path of ball-end mill has been provided by this way.
