摘要
介绍了振动钢包下渣检测系统的主要设备，对振动钢包下渣检测技术在第三炼钢厂品种连铸机上的工业应用情况和冶金效果进行了分析，结果表明该技术可行，能够达到工业应用要求。
This article introduces the main equipments of outilow slag detection system at ladle using vibration methods. Its industrial application in the CC machine in No.3 Steelmaking Plant and metallurgical effect have been analyzed. The result shows the technology is feasible and can meet the demand of industrial application.
