顶空气相色谱法测定丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠原料药中的溶剂残留量

Determination of residual solvents in sodium tanshinon ⅡA silate by headspace GC

为了建立丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法，采用项空气相色谱法，程序升温，色谱柱为HP—INNOWAX毛细管柱，氮气为载气，采用氢火焰离子检测器（FID），外标法计算残留．溶剂的含量。在试验的浓度范围内所测结果呈现良好的线性关系（工作曲线的相关系数均在0．999以上），回收率为99．5％～106．3％，RSD为0．2％～1.2％。本方法简便，结果准确，重现性好，可用于多种残留溶剂的同时测定。

The paper is to establish a method for detection of residual solvents in sodium tanshinon Ⅱ A silate. The residual solvents were quantitatively determined by temperature programmed, using headspace GC with the column of HP-INNOWAX, DMF as solvent media, FID as detector and nitrogen as the carriergas. A good linearity appears in the experimental concentration, the rare of recovery in the range of 99.5%～106.3% and the RSD between 0.2%～1.2%. The method is easy and has good separation and repeatability.
