摘要 综述了近年来国内外学者研究的几种超临界流体萃取动力学模型,即收缩核模型、质量守恒模型、分布萃取模型及热核模型。分析了各种模型的萃取机理、建立的条件和应用等,并对各种模型进行比较,找出它们的特点及适用范围,为动力学模型的改进奠定基础,为今后的工业放大提供依据。 Dynamic models of extraction with supercritical fluid in these years are summarized, and the models discussed included shrinking core model, conservation of mass model, grading extraction model and hot sphere model. Mechanism of extraction, condition and application is analyzed. Comparing the models and locating the traits and applied areas,it lays a foundation for improving the dynamics model, and supplies the gist for industrial magnifying.
