半叶马尾藻多糖对HL-60细胞CD_(11b)和CD_(11a)表达的体外影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨半叶马尾藻多糖对HL-60细胞CD11b、CD11 a表达的影响。方法MTT研究半叶马尾藻多糖对HL-60细胞体外增殖的影响,采用流式细胞术研究对CD11b、CD11 a表达的影响。结果半叶马尾藻多糖能增高CD11b、CD11 a的表达率,且作用随时间和浓度的增加而增强。结论半叶马尾藻多糖在体外可影响HL-60细胞CD11b、CD11 a的表达,提示其在抗肿瘤方面有一定的开发应用前景。 Objective To explore the effect of seaweed polysaccharide from Sargassum confusum on the expression of CD11b am l CD11a in HL-60 cell. Method The MTT and FCM approaches were adopted. Result Seaweed polysaccharide can increase the expression of CDNb and CD11a in a dose-and time-dependent manner. Conslusion The seaweed polysaccharide can interfere with effect the expression of CD11b and CD11a in HL-60 cell,suggesting it can be used as an antileukemia drug.
