我国中小企业环保技术能力实证研究

Empirical study on environmental protection technological capability of SMEs in China

根据企业采用环保技术设备的先进程度、信息的获取与采用水平、技术人员的水平、技术管理与组织协调水平四个方面的因素，用技术能力特征图对中小企业的环保技术能力现状作了全面的分析，揭示了现有中小企业环保技术能力存在的问题，并对企业的环保技术能力作了系统的评价。

This paper,adepts four dimensions which are namly technoware,inforware,numanware and organware,analyses the present situation of the environmental protection technological capability of SMEs by means of radar chart.The existed problems are also addressed.After that,the SMEs'environmental protection technological capablity is assessed systematically.
